Having issues with your download? 

When you make the purchase online, you will receive 2 emails. The first is an email receipt, the second email will be a link to your file to download. The second email takes a few minutes longer to come through.

Please note you have 5 chances to download the file and save to your computer or phone or tablet. This is a standard practice in ebooks, if you need to reset, please contact us. 

If you did not receive the file, ask yourself ...

1. Did you put in the correct email? You can double check by logging into your account and checking the email.
2. Have you checked your spam filter? Sometimes emails go to your junk filter.
